A new article from Business Insurance reports that more than 40% of employees in a private insurance exchange choose to purchase less expensive insurance plans over pricier options.

According to Si Nahra, President of Health Decisions, “As we see here, employers who establish-two way communication with their enrollees can often save money and provide better health coverage.  Our survey process is ideally suited for this purpose.  We average 98% response with no employee issues.”
